“Not in Norway” is a non-profit public awareness campaign with the purpose of increasing the Norwegian people’s awareness of the paramilitary rebel group LRA’s ongoing abuses against the local population in Central Africa. The film is based on the question “What would this look like in Norway?” and puts the topic in a more personal perspective than what we are used to from previous campaigns.
The film was made by a crew of more than 40 enthusiastic young volunteers, on private initiative and without any financial support.
The project was launched on April 20 in conjunction with Invisible Children’s Cover the Night campaign.
